Holistic Land

A UK marketplace for holistic wellbeing

We get our sellers onto the big marketplaces.

Holistic Land is a marketplace for independent UK makers of holistic and wellbeing goods — crystals, natural skincare, herbal ranges, yoga supplies. Most of them sell in one place only, because the product data is the wall. So we do that part: from the catalogue they already keep with us, we prepare listings for the seller's own accounts on Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify. Nothing goes live until the seller has reviewed it, and their stock stays in step across every channel so they never oversell.

How publishing to your channels works A seller keeps one catalogue on holistic.land. From there they publish, at their own say-so, to their own Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify accounts, and their orders and stock levels come back so every channel holds the same number. Publishing your listings

The listing is built here, and filed there

A seller who has never listed on one of the big marketplaces stops at the same place: the product type, the required attributes, the identifiers. We do that part. Their catalogue on Holistic Land already holds the descriptions, images and prices, so we map it to whichever channel's schema applies and show them what we produced. Nothing reaches a channel until that seller has read it and said yes.

Product type
Matched to each channel's own taxonomy — Amazon's product types, eBay's categories, Etsy's — so a listing is validated against the schema that channel actually expects rather than a generic one.
Required attributes
Filled from the catalogue. Anything a channel insists on that we cannot derive is asked for once, in plain English, and remembered for the next listing.
Variations
Sizes, colours and weights publish as a single variation family, not as four unrelated listings competing with each other.
Identifiers
GTIN or EAN where the seller holds one, or the exemption a channel has granted them. Brand registration stays with the seller.
Images
Main and alternate images sent at each channel's minimum dimensions, so a listing is not held back for a photo that is fifty pixels short.
Price and stock
Set by the seller, and kept current after publication rather than frozen at the moment the listing went up.

Nothing publishes unreviewed

A generated listing is a draft. The seller sees every field we filled, corrects what we got wrong, and chooses what to hold back.

Already selling elsewhere?

Then we read the listings you already have rather than duplicate them, and write your stock back as it moves — so no channel is selling a thing you have run out of.

One catalogue to maintain

Change a price or a photo once. It goes out to every channel that seller has connected, instead of being re-keyed four times or, more often, nowhere.

Whose account it is

It is the seller's account, not ours

Sellers authorise Holistic Land from inside the channel itself — Seller Central for Amazon, the shop admin for Etsy, eBay or Shopify — and we work on their behalf under their own selling account. That channel's terms, its fees, its buyer relationship. We do not list other people's goods under an account of ours, and we do not treat an order placed on another channel as a lead to move somewhere else.

Authorised from the channel itself

The seller grants access from inside the platform they already use. No keys to copy, no password to hand over, and nothing that works without their consent.

A channel's sale stays its own

An order placed on Amazon, Etsy or eBay belongs there. We bring it into the seller's panel so they can pick, pack and confirm dispatch alongside the rest — nothing more.

Revocable that day

Access can be withdrawn from the channel at any time. We stop reading and stop writing immediately; the listings remain the seller's.

Every channel a seller runs

Wherever they already trade

The same catalogue reaches wherever a seller already trades. Each channel keeps its own rules — its own postage, its own listing shape — but they share one stock figure, which is the part that stops the same last item being sold twice in an afternoon.

Amazon

Published into Seller Central

Listings are built against the right Amazon product type and filed under the seller's own account. Quantities are written back as stock moves anywhere else.

Etsy

Listings out, stock both ways

Products publish to the seller's Etsy shop, and a sale on either side updates the other, so the shelf figure is the same in both places.

eBay

Listings and postage policies

eBay listings are created against the seller's own business policies, so postage matches what they already offer there.

Shopify

Products and delivery rates

Products move between the seller's Shopify store and Holistic Land, delivery profiles included, so postage prices agree across both.
